Norwich Group Meetings

There are three Group meetings per year - for 2024 the dates are Friday 22nd March, Friday 5th July and our AGM on Friday 25th October.  Please make a note in your diary and please try to support us.

There is a new venue for the Group Meetings in 2024 - Thorpe Marriot Village Hall, 9a the Square, Thorpe Marriot, NR8 6XE

The aim of the Norwich Group is to pass on information about NAFAS.  News filters down from headquarters via the East of England Area Council meetings which are held in Mildenhall.  Group meetings enable club members to meet each other and share ideas and concerns.

 

We do not charge for attending meetings.  We rely on donations for refreshments, the raffle and any income from stalls. With this in mind please try to attend our meetings.  We want to make them more interesting for you.  There will be an opportunity for some retail therapy with a few stalls.  We will have a 80/20 stall for you to sell your unwanted items and donate 20% of income to the Group.  Please label everything clearly with your name and price required.

 

We have over 800 members in our Group.  Obviously we cannot accommodate everybody at our meetings but if each club in the group could bring a car full of members that would be brilliant.  It’s important that when you receive details of the meeting that you do let our Secretary know the numbers attending.
